I called on a Thursday and they were extremely professional. They knew exactly what I was dealing with and made my appointment for Monday. Today they called to let me know how soon they would arrive. In arrival, explained the process, checked about pets, let me know all precautions, and took care of the bees. Tyler was friendly and very professional. I can highly recommend this company.
