Had a squirrel manage to bypass our old chimney topper. Petti came out within 30 minutes and custom made a new chimney guard that same day. And removed our little visitor.Every employee from the person on the phone, to the gentleman that gave us the quote, to the guys who came out to remove and repair were the best. Today I was at the landfill with a full trailer load of couches etc. There were 3 gentlemen in a petti box truck that dropped everything to come help me unload my trailer. I was overwhelmed but their kindness that's a hard thing to find these days. I wish I had gotten their names. I jyst want to say thank you again for your help I hope you enjoyed your lunch.

We pay for a monthly service. Chandler came out the day after I called Petti. He checked for wood bees and wasps. Took care of 2 wasp nests being built, found no evidence of wood bees and sprayed all around for both. He was thorough. Said if we should see or hear either of them to call and Petti will send someone back out. Chandler was friendly but professional.

Robert Reynolds quickly came out to our house to assess and provide a quote. He was friendly and tailored our treatment to our situation and budget. Vanessa called immediately to schedule the service and was very friendly. Chandler arrived the very next morning to perform the first treatment. He was very polite and informative.
