We are so happy with this company. We had a Yellowjacket infestation which they came out very quickly for. Robert found the nest almost immediately and arranged for someone to come out the next hour to remove it, as the wasps were stinging our family and our dogs. Cloe went above and beyond in removing the nest and making sure no future nests could form. Yesterday morning I was swatting, crushing, and vacuuming up Yellowjackets all over our house. This morning there is not one single wasp in our house!

I was getting ready for an appointment when the technician arrived. This was the first year with Petti. He was apparently fast and quiet.

Robert Reynolds quickly came out to our house to assess and provide a quote. He was friendly and tailored our treatment to our situation and budget. Vanessa called immediately to schedule the service and was very friendly. Chandler arrived the very next morning to perform the first treatment. He was very polite and informative.

Aidan is great! Did a thorough inspection, identified where mice may be coming in (they were and i was able to fix) and was very professional and thoughtful!

As someone who is scared of spiders and other creepy crawlers I am very pleased that I don’t see any of them inside my house since we have been using Petti! Always on time for service and respectful of property! Love them!

We pay for a monthly service. Chandler came out the day after I called Petti. He checked for wood bees and wasps. Took care of 2 wasp nests being built, found no evidence of wood bees and sprayed all around for both. He was thorough. Said if we should see or hear either of them to call and Petti will send someone back out. Chandler was friendly but professional.

Living in a log home means nature is always trying to share my house with me. Petti has made a world of difference in that battle this year. They're also very accommodating with scheduling. Most importantly, they lend a judgement free ear when I need to talk about pest anxieties. I feel much more at peace knowing Petti is on my side.
