I was getting ready for an appointment when the technician arrived. This was the first year with Petti. He was apparently fast and quiet.

Klohe is very professional and does an excellent job. She listens to concerns and is very friendly. I do not have to worry about the job not getting done by walking with her around the house. Had a squirrel manage to bypass our old chimney topper. Petti came out within 30 minutes and custom made a new chimney guard that same day. And removed our little visitor.Every employee from the person on the phone, to the gentleman that gave us the quote, to the guys who came out to remove and repair were the best.
